Every Silk Clarity engagement uses the same five-stage assessment model. The Digital Assessment is included. An optional Practitioner Assessment can be added at any point. Evidence accumulates over time, and the Communication Signature™ evolves with it.

    Scenario-based communication activities completed online. Natural patterns meet specific professional demands.

    Independent evidence sources are analysed together. Convergence and divergence are surfaced rather than averaged away.

The Digital Assessment is included with every Silk Clarity engagement. It produces the first complete Communication Signature™ entirely online.

Communication Signature™

How the Signature evolves as evidence is added.

First Signature

Produced from the Digital Assessment — unprompted baseline, self-report and structured behavioural evidence synthesised together.

Enriched Signature

When a Practitioner Assessment is added, live behavioural evidence is incorporated. Confidence levels strengthen where independent sources converge.

Evolving Signature

As the participant practises, reassesses and develops, the Signature is updated. Divergence between sources is treated as meaningful, not noise.

Longitudinal Signature

Optional annual practitioner reviews add fresh live evidence each year, building a defensible longitudinal record of communication development.

Continuous Development

A longitudinal record, not a single snapshot.

Once the first Signature is in place, development becomes the focus. Participants continue to build evidence through deliberate practice, reassessment and optional practitioner involvement.
