Every Silk Clarity engagement includes the full five-stage Digital Assessment.
Stages 1–5 are completed online. The optional 3-minute video submission and the Practitioner Assessment — a separate in-person or online session with a Silk Clarity practitioner — both remain optional.

A separate live session with a Silk Clarity practitioner — 25 or 50 minutes, online or in person. Adds dynamic behavioural observation on top of the digital assessment.

Practitioner Assessment.
Some participants choose to add a Practitioner Assessment for richer behavioural evidence and dynamic, contextual interpretation. Practitioner observations are incorporated into the participant's Communication Signature™ alongside the digital evidence.

Focused practitioner conversation that surfaces additional behavioural evidence through dynamic interaction.
Executive Assessment
Extended assessment for senior and executive contexts. Practitioner observations are incorporated into the participant's Communication Signature™.
How the Signature evolves as evidence is added.
First Signature
Produced from the Digital Assessment — unprompted baseline, self-report and structured behavioural evidence, synthesised together.
Enriched Signature
When a Practitioner Assessment is added, live behavioural evidence is incorporated. Confidence levels strengthen where independent sources converge.
Optional Video Response
An optional video response can be added as an additional layer where a recruitment consultant, HR team or employer requests it. It supplements the structured evidence; it is never required for a Signature to be produced.
Evolving Signature
As the participant practises, reassesses and develops, the Signature is updated. Divergence between sources is treated as meaningful, not noise.
Longitudinal Signature
Optional annual practitioner reviews add fresh live evidence each year, building a defensible longitudinal record of communication development.
