Stages 1–5 are completed online. The optional 3-minute video submission and the Practitioner Assessment — a separate in-person or online session with a Silk Clarity practitioner — both remain optional.

After Stage 5 — individual subscription members receive a personalised 90-Day Communication Development Programme, generated from their Communication Signature™.
Video ResponseOptional · Recommended

A 3-minute video submission. Always optional for the individual, but very highly recommended. Adds a spoken evidence layer that strengthens the Communication Signature™ and is often expected by recruiters and employers.

Practitioner AssessmentOptional

A separate live session with a Silk Clarity practitioner — 25 or 50 minutes, online or in person. Adds dynamic behavioural observation on top of the digital assessment.

Supplemental Form FieldsOptional

Optional free-text, contact or feedback fields inside the assessment flow.

Live Review SessionsOptional

Optional practitioner reviews after the Communication Signature™ is issued, for longitudinal tracking and development.
